Heh All:

I'm on my 2nd set of "chrome" bumpers.

These are starting rusting too......

I'm going to paint them satin black after "treating" the rust.

How do I prepare chrome to accept being painted on?

Look for a thread started by gdstock. He painted his whole truck, including the bumpers. (one of which started off life chromed.)
