Default 2nd gen sport rims

I was wondering what the sport rims from the 2nd gens are made out of so I know what cleaner to get. I'm going to pick up some Eagle One thats on sale for 2.99

Aluminum, or, Chromed steel. I don't even know if aluminum was an option in 95.....

I don't know if they came from another 95 or not and since my truck ain't a sport just a regular ram I know that they were put on there by one of the previous owners. I was told that mine came with the chrome rims and they put the sport on there so that they wouldn't rust and easier to maintain, I like them but I would also like to have a extra set of the chrome ones to be able to switch them out from time to time and change the look but for time being I'm just looking for the best thing to clean the ones I have with, something that removes brake dust real good.

Those are aluminum. Don't know if they are clear-coated or not. Oxy has the right idea though.
