Default Bad Alignment Job?

After installing the diesel coil springs on Sunday, I knew it would be best to get an alignment done since steering geometry would be different. Went in today for it to be done and after waiting 1 1/2 hours along with the $70 charge, I noticed that lock to lock was greatly reduced when doing a right turn. Didn't think it was a big difference until I was home and made a left hand turn into the driveway, so I looked under the truck to see what the problem was only to find the steering stabilizer was leaking into the dust boot. My question is, is the shop that did it to blame or was the wrong part bought when it was replaced just before I bought the truck 2 years ago?

If the only change was the coils, an alignment should not change range of motion.

Here's what they changed:

I am assuming that they adjusted one spot and didn't do it to the other. The same shop did the alignment when I got new tires and it was just out of specs since the last thing I want to do is buy new tires after 10,000 miles.

just take your steering stabilizer off and throw it away.

Your truck was barely out of alignment anyway. All they really had to change was your toe.

All you can align on these truck anyway is the toe using the tie rod linkage and the caster using the control arm bolts.
