Got some new tires for the old girl. They are re-tread's from https://www.treadwright.com/

So far I like them a lot.

 

Holy rust batman...haha....Nice tires. My dad swore by retreads backk in the day. I think all our cars had them on growing up, and we could always count on a blowout or tread separation at some point. I hope they have gotten better with the retreading techniques so they last longer.

 

i had a set of retreads from treadwright. I really liked them, great tire. I think they gave out after around 50k miles. A blowout did cause the tire to seperate and beat up my rear fender. but I'd probably get another set. I wanted a better/closer warranty. Just watch for dry rot and you should be fine
