First thing to decide is what size tires you want to run. From there, you can determine how much lift you will need.

How much do you want to spend as well and what do you do with your truck?

I would like to keep my stock rim, the tires I have on it now are 32s I really don't care about the tire size until down the road, if I had to choose maybe 34 35s in that area, and I want to spend whatever it takes to lift it, I always thought the higher the better. Also no rock climbing or nothing like that maybe the occasional mud hole or pond.

5" is good for 35's. Personally, I start getting nervous when going much higher.... really starts to alter the way the truck drives.

In that case 5 inch is where I'll go, I've looked into a couple brands what's a good brand manufacturer to go with?

I'm going with the 5" skyjacker when I go to do mine....the nice thing about their lifts is, you can go to their website and get the individual part numbers for each component....that way you can piece together which exact features you want to be included in the lift (i.e. full leaf springs or add-a-leaf, dual shocks or single up front, steering stabilizer, track bar, etc.)...then you can go on amazon or ebay and find the lowest price for each individual component...I'm using mostly skyjacker components but I want bilstein or fox shocks so i'll be ordering those from a different site.

If you get any lift that requires control arm replacement, go to a dodge dealer and get 2 lower control arm cam bolts before you start.

Question 37 inch tires

Right now i have a 3 inch body lift with 35 inch tires and they fit and turn just fine. Very minimal rubbing. If i were to take the body lift off and add a 5 inch suspension, because i don't think I can stack a suspension lift on this body lift, anyone think i could fit 37's? I'm going to double check and make sure whether I can stack the lifts or not but for now let's assume i can't.

You can go about 3" on just the suspension, before you start to need other suspension parts. You can also put whatever suspension lift on there that you want, and still leave the body lift in place. The two are not mutually exclusive.

Do you take your truck off road??
