windshield wipers stop
On my windshield wipers, when I turn them off and back on the first go down an inch then back up. Is that normal? Anyway to get them to come to a rest (all the way to the bottom) on stop?

On my old ram when they stopped working I replaced the motor, still didnt work properly. I had to end up replacing the linkage. Check out the local junk yards first as they are pretty pricey online.
