Go to your local parts store, and get a new flasher unit for your turn signals. That should solve the issue there.

Would that fix my hazards staying solid as well? When i press thr hazard button its solid just like the turn signals when i go up or down with the switch.

Hazards and turn signals both use the same flasher unit, so, yeah, replacing that should fix both.

You checked the obvious like blown bulbs correct? The symptom you describe is typical of a blown bulb. Unlikely that both flashers are bad at the same time. There are two flasher units, one for hazards and one for turn signals.

Okay thanks. Ya they blinked every once and awhile. Then stopped one day. Hazards and blinkers no longer work.
