Default I got another ram

Hey everyone been a while since I've posted. My job with the BNSF railway finally came through so I've been busy working. Any way a guy I work with had a 98 ram he wanted to sell which I ended up getting. It's a 1500 "quad cab" with the 5.2 and 4x4. I got it with 98,377 miles for only 3k. Its got a lil rust but not bad, 4x4 works and Has dual exhaust which sounds awesome. It does have a plenum leak but I already ordered the kit which should be here today. So now I'm the proud owner of 2 rams! Lol

Sounds like a good deal! Under 100k miles, hell it's almost impossible to find a 3rd Gen with 5 digit mileage these days.

Looks like rust is confined to all the usual places. Good luck with it...

Yeah I couldn't pass it up! And I would like to fix the rust spots as there not terrible yet. It also came a passenger door cause the one on the truck is kinda bad.

That says a lot about 2nd Gen's... you still see plenty of them on the road... in general the mileage has to be high, yet they keep on truck'n.
Any quirks/issues are well known, with fixes that aren't cost prohibitive.
Seems like a combination that see them around for plenty of years to come.
