Default Bushings

I have been told that all the bushings in my front end need to be replaced. I am looking in LMC catalog. From what I can see, I will need 4 lower control arm bushings, 4 upper control arm bushings, 2 upper ball joints, 2 lower ball joints. Is that all of them? Am I missing anything? Do I need to order the bolts and nuts also? I think I could do it myself if its just pull and reinstall. I just want to make sure I get everything I need.

Bushings can be fun..... most of them will need to be pressed in/out. Considering they have been in there, hanging out under the truck, you can bet they are going to be crusty..... and high probability that the bolts will be rusted in place. If your truck is your only mode of transportation, getting bolts just in case, is a good plan.
