And grotesque HID headlight kits that blind oncoming traffic but look very cool right up to the crash scene. Mustn't forget those!

Did we mention the purple fuzzy dice for the mirror?

But seriously, it is up to you and what floats your boat.
Other dress-up items might be pocket flares, and/or hood scoop... hard tonneau cover, sunroof??

Paint the bumper. Different rims. Shorty headers and Magnaflow exhaust. Gears and tires. Tuner, camshaft. How about a blower? You should include a budget when you ask us to help spend your money

My .02 worth is this: Your truck looks like it doesnt have a rust issue. If you dont live in the salt belt then (my opinion) fender flares with deep dish wheels and wider tires give it a good stance. Im old school so putting 20" rims on it is a sin. Especially on muscle cars. Hate that!

I would leave it as is, unless it needs a paintjob...then paint it whatever color you want. Speaking of straight piping it, that drives me nuts as wayyy too many trucks are like that in my hood, done by youths and adults alike. It's even worse when driving my Chevelle and they decide to give it gas, making it louder, as if they are sending me a message or something. I ignore all that but obnoxiously loud trucks make me think locals are compensating for something.
