Make sure you have checked off all the preventative maintenance like plenum
Debadge, then claybar, polish, and wax. Polish headlights if oxidized
New rims and tires
Gloss black all chrome, personal preference but would give a nice contrast against white, or else color match chrome to gloss white
Paint in Bedliner
Magnaflow high flow cat and performance exhaust, maybe a tuner

Tow mirrors, Has anyone said tow mirrors. Pull em way out ! That always looks cool! Not! But seriously Does anyone remember a "turbine" rim? I think there cast aluminum. I would love a deep dish set of those.
