Best plug I ever tried was the Champion Truckplugs 4071 stock heat. Man, they were great! But of course, like free TV and Super Size fries, they were discontinued. Why do all good things have to disappear?

It had Bosch plugs in it when I went to do the tune up. To my knowledge it doesn't have a tune on it. When I first got the truck it was getting roughly 8.5 to 9 mpg. Basically had no power. It was straight piped after the cat. Put a muffler on it got a little better. After the tune up I'm sitting around 12-13 in town. Better throttle response. Basically like a new truck. Also put a stage 3 clutch in it. Working at O'Reillys gives me a few options on what to get.

FWIW, I've been running Delo 15-40 for the past 50K miles with zero issues....would it be my first reccomendation? ( Rotella too )
No.....I came across a drum for essentially free, so been using it...$5 oil changes kick ***.
If you have good oil pressure and no valvetrain noise, just run the 10/30 you have been.
