I have a 99 dodge ram 1500 5.2. When I turn on ac after about 15 seconds the compressor and/or clutch gets really noisy. Then from the blow off valve on the back of the compressor blows out what looks like coolant because its green in color. I have no idea what this could be. I have had the system pressure tested. Evacuated and recharged. All is good. Would this be a clutch problem or compressor problem? Any help would be appreciated.

 

you have a blockage in the system. The green stuff is the oil. If the blow-off valve is doing its thing, your pressures are NOT good.
