I have found the cause, phone is on 2g so be patient. Will post up pics when phone goes back to normal. The small bearing is so worn that 2 rollers can nearly squeeze into 1 slot. I have taken drums off and slid axle out, removed C chips and the next 2 spider gears. In order to get the big mass out I think there is 1 or 2 more locking something's in the axle i read somewhere. There must be because the ring gear assembly will not fall or pull out, something is still catching. All else including spiders looks fine. Kind of anxious being I have all parts, 2 new gears, ring gear, new pinion, seal etc...to get job completed. Little help and advice ???

No locking screws, I believe the adjusters have to be interested in for it to roll out

Loosen the bolts for the carrier bearing caps, then you need to special tool to back off the adjusters on either side of the carrier...... once those are loose, pull the bearing caps, and the carrier should pull out.

you can use a punch/screwdriver/pokey bit to loosen the adjusters. will take a few day to get the actual tool.

pokey bit? Is that a technical term?

I think I am going to steal that one. I like it.
