Nerf bars

Just picked up a couple running boards from an 06 mega cab and I'm putting them on a 00 1500 Quad cab. Anyone ever try that and have success? My cab corners are a bit rusted, so that's gonna be an issue for sure.

Probably wont bolt on or fit right. Not even made for your truck.

I know theyre not made for it, but they were free so I said "if they fit sweet, if they don't then ill try to sell them myself"
