I don't recall those rims every being issued on a RAM either... look like Dakota rims.

They are Ram rims, Dakota and Durango have 6 bolt per wheel

Weird truck, must be one of few? It has the 98-01 dash but 94-97 cab with no rear doors. The wheels are off an ORE edition truck, likely just takeoffs.

What do you mean? Yes there was on both wheels. The 06 has 2 connectors for the airbag as they have a daul inflating system (if you get hit softly but still need an airbag it will deploy but not fully inflate).
