Power out let not working. Cigarette lighter is working. I checked fuse is ok. The power outlet itself feel kinda loose any suggestion?

This is the 2nd Gen Ram section (95-01 02 if it's a 2500/3500) you want to post in the 4th Gen Ram section (2009-2018). Please read the section descriptions as this will help you post in the correct sections and get you the most help. Also read the sub section descriptions as you want 4th Gen Ram Tech. Your trucks are more complicated and completely different then ours here.
