What gears in the truck? What size tires on there now?

4:10 and 265/70R17.

You could prolly do 33's without any lift, 35's *may* rub..... (I think they would fit on my 3/4 ton without much trouble....) gears will be great with 33's, might be a bit much with 35's though, depending on how much you tow/haul.

I agree with the other guys, put a timing chain in it. The sensor for injector timing is in the distributor. A loose chain screws up ignition and fuel injection timing.
