Default Different sized tires

I'm trying to find a spare tire for my 97 360 4wd. I have 37s and its hard to find just 1 37. There is a bunch of stock tires though. I'm wondering if I got 2 stocks could I use them on the same axle and be okay? It wouldn't be in 4wd ever as I would only use it if I got a flat or something. Would it break anything riding in 2wd?

Nope, so long as you stay out of 4wd, you would be fine. Trouble is, having to carry two spares....... Have you looked around for used tire dealers? They may have a singleton 37 for you. Of course, any tire store would be more than happy to sell you a new one.

HeyYou correct me if I am wrong.
Kaleb, if it is only a spare, I think you can get away with a slightly smaller tire on the front axle as long as you are in 2 wheel drive and the CAD is disconnected. That would mean, if you have a rear flat, move one of the front to that rear.
I wouldn't drive it longer than it took to get to a repair, however.
