Yes, they came with both, even in 98. I also think they look better than most aftermarket units.

I think I have one out on the shelf. No idea if it works or not. Came with my truck when I bought it. (same unit that is in it)

I've had them last over 9 years on lift trucks under really HARSH conditions. I'll bet if you plug it into the harness, it'll work just fine.
