I was searching the forums for dashcam information for my second gen ram but a lot of the threads seemed old. With technology moving as fast as it does, I was wondering if anyone here has recently installed a dashcam setup on their truck that they are happy with. Ideally I was thinking front and rear cameras. Powering them seemed to be the biggest hurdle. Wasn't quite sure about that. It seems some can plug into the cigarette lighter, but I was wondering if something more permanent could be done. Sorta new to this, so suggestions are most welcome on what folks have done --especially if any new recent tech has made installing these even easier for these trucks.
