2001 Ram only has 2nd & 3rd gear...I have replaced all the solenoids in the tranny....installed new connector on the harness....checked all fuses and relays. My code reader shows a code of P0743 which is the TCC solenoid which has been replaced and also checked a second time. When clearing the code it pops back up the minuet the power is turned back on which leads me to think this is an electrical issue or maybe issue with the PCM, Any help would be appreciated

 

That's a wiring, or PCM issue....
