Only problem was the front passenger side wheel bearing went out.

Zero problems yet... I have a lifter crapping out on me dats bout it. Shes been running solid since her birth.

99 ram 1500 5.9 .. 138000 .. bought it 5 months ago with 118k on it.. since i have had it only thing i have had to do besides maint. is replace the water pump.. and plenum gasket.. (not done yet but will be soon)

mines got 108000 my dad bought i brand spanking new back in 1996 and when he past away it became mine its had some problems but i am never going to sell this truck love it to death just a constant project

95 and now with 163,000. Bought at 43,000. Leaky upper tranny radiator fitting at 48,000. Rebuilt transmission after 2 - 3 shift issue at 91,000. Rebuilt steering box after leaky seal at 112,000. New trackbar at 114,000. Master cylinder at 137,000. Posi-Lok installed at 150,000. Fuel pump replacemtent and tranny manual lever shaft seal replacement at 151,000. Replaced both failed horns at 157,000.
The rest has been maintenance and upgrades of other parts but these were all the failures and I've been wheeling it in the mountains here since 80,000.

93,000 or so ... bought new.
Fuel Pump Died - 54,000 - replaced.
Heater Core Leaking - 75,000 - replaced.
Radiator Tank Cracked - 87,000 - homebrew repair ... still solid.
That's it ... great truck.

120,040 miles. rear pinion seal leak, and swollen piston on the front driver's side caliper. next i will be replacing my steering linkage. great truck, it takes a hell of a beating!

230,000 miles on my 1996 Ram 1500 sport.
Nothing has been replaced that wasn't due to its mileage or age.
Front axle seals, 4 ball joints, all tie rods, front u-joints, all brake line, wheel bearing, lower control arms, radiator, 4 shocks, steering stabilizer, luke linked the track bar, all new brakes & master cylinder, K&N filter, tranny filter/fluid (precautionary), rear main seal/oil pump, Sway bar bushings, steering gear, power steering pump seals.
Nothing has been replaced that wasn't due to its mileage or age.
