197,856- second trans, new fuel pump, intake manifold, suspension front and rear, shackles, hughes plate, plugs, wires, coil, dist.cap/rotor, radiator, water pump, fan clutch, timing gasket, thermostat, 4.10 gears front and rear cuz old LSD blew, ball joints, wheel bearings and a bunch more stuff.

Replaced every front end part save for the passenger wheel bearing, the whole rear end (spring and clutched broke apart, took one tooth out on the pinion, three on the crown and I drove it home after purchase like that no problems, and after farther inspection found every bearing was about to start making noise), windshield (soon), muffler, all brakes...
I knew it was a basket case, just not that BIG of one. Gonna be super cool when its all done!

265,000 I have already changed tranny and differential oil. Changed outspark plugs but will be doing better plugs, mopar performance wires, cap and rotor. Then getting a magnaflow cat after fixing the plenum witht he hughes kit.
