Mine's got 62,000 on it. 2001 1500 Off-Road w/5.2L I just bought it on Saturday, it went back to the dealership today for an alignment, and they found bad ball joints and u-joints. They're payin for it, so that's one less thing I have to worry about in the future.

95 RAM (5.2)...355K MILES...ONLY PROBLEM THAT I HAVE HAD HAS BEEN THE REPLACEMENT OF THREE FUEL PUMPS/FILTERS, TWO LIFTERS ARE TAPPING ABOVE 2K RPM, SOME OIL LEAKS AND TRANSMISSION SEAL LEAKS. OTHERWISE, NEVER BEEN ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. GREAT TRUCK.

1996 1500 5.2L 199,000 miles bought it in 97 with 22k on it. Yes the tranny and TC are original (can you believe it?)
Replaced:
Intake manifold gasket, cat converter, 2 O2 sensors, radiator tank cracked, heater core exploded, AC condenser, valve cover gaskets.
Currently:
Warping front rotors every 9 months or so, heater core sounds like a toilet flush every time you step on the gas, reverse makes whinning noise, stalls at low speeds (like going through a slow drive thru).
2001 6 speed 2500 Turbo Diesel 4x4 166k miles
Replaced: 4 steering gear boxes, 2 trac bars, all ball joints and hub assemblies replaced, pitman arm, tie rod ends, Rear main oil seal, oil seals in tranny and trans axle2 clutches, vacuum pump seal, 2 lift pumps, alternator caught on fire and also blew the 130 amp fuse in the fuse block under the hood.
Currently: Even though every component in the entire front end has been replaced at least once, it still has about 4-6 inches of slop in the steering, there are numerous cracks in the dash, as well as a sink hole right in the middle.

RE: How many miles do you have on your truck!
1995 Ram 318 Auto 121,000 miles bought new by my grandfather then handed to me in 2001.
Transmission crapped out once, maintenanced once after that, alternator died about a month ago, front ball joints both replaced at 95,000, T-stat replaced about a month ago just before the alternator died, cat started rattling at about 80,000, needs shocks on all four corners.
If money were no option I'd buy something new, but I'm in school studying aviation maintenance, so it's still fun to play with while things break. Plus it gives me an excuse to build it faster and meaner. (not that a dodge ram is really ever going to be "fast", which is relative and subjective.)

1997 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 SLT i believe (Laramie)
Bought used in October of 2006 w/ 75,000 miles
85,500 miles and still kicking :-)
Things replaced: Front ujoints (drivers is going to be replaced soon), serpentine belt, has a new K&N FIPK, New exhaust from cat back, radiator hose leaked...replaced, Putting four new shocks (Skyjacker Nitro 8000 series)on, new stabilizer shock(Skyjacker Hydro 7000), and a DT Pro Track Bar, new tires + rims, new brake pads (Hawk),original transmission, however i think its starting to go? shifts kinda hard in second gear (at high RPMs) and then i've had it were i'd floor it and it would go to max rpm and than DROP then go back to High RPMs all in the same gear :-(, (transmission oil is full, and smells fine), clunks going from park to reverse, New taillights, soon to be new headlights, new fog lights (to be added on cause mines not a sport :-(), and my fuel pump makes a loud noise....(humming...) don't know if thats going...
Future Mods!: Headers, New Cam, Spark Plugs, Rotor, Distributor, Wires, Red or Yellow top Optima battery :-), New Rotors and Calipers, Brake drums, and lots more...
p.s. edit: had to restud the front right tire...after i broke 3 studs coming home one night... had to leave her 3 miles from my house...next afternoon after work came back w/ a row back to tow her to a buddies house, my back tire was slashed (2 inchs straight down the sidewall), still running on the 3 tires that came w/ it when i bought it and a used tire till i get my tires and rims on...
