To help with leaking manifold I suggest putting a cold air intake on its costly runs about $200.00 tax and all I have it on my 97 1500 5.9L I hated that sound but now I can't hear it I'm running dual all way back and have class pack on it plus I'm getting better fuel mileage it works

2000 Larimie, 117,200 miles... rebuilt Trans, alternator, steering box, head lights and tail lights (they were yellow and cracked), massive tune up, IAC, TPS, and O2 sensors.

I guess i can post some new numbers...
375k on the '95 with the original motor as far as I know, and it will light up the 35's still.
257k on the '93 Cummins and it will light up the 35's in 4th gear with any hint of moisture on the road. It has too much motor for the 1000 ft-lb rated clutch.
