Default Loud/Good Sounding Train Horn?

Where can i get a real loud but good sounding train horn for my dodge ram? I would like one comparable to hornblasters louder horns but for under 200-250 dollars?

I've got a set of their horns (the Wobbler) -- gotta be careful mounting those plastic trumpets. The mounting bosses are not terribly sturdy. I was going to hang them somewhere on my Ram, but just couldn't find a place where those red plastic trumpets would be near the front, oriented forward, out of harm's way, and not uglying the truck all the fuggup.

That said, they worked fine and lasted for the seven or eight years I had them installed. They got attention, too. I would have preferred an overall lower note, but if they get the distracted driver's attention on the front of your vehicle bearing down on him, what the heck.

I'm heavily considering the Siberian Express!! What do you think UU?

Mount location I had in mind was like the wheel well space in front of rear wheel. Seems quite spacious there and protected.

I think: Hearing Protection Required. At 152dB it'll be dangerous. Don't mount it behind the cab facing forward. Get it ahead of the cab facing forward, and don't open it up when someone's standing within fifteen yards of the firing direction.

Other than that: hell yeah.

I personally prefer Shocker XL's to the Siberian express. They probably will come out to about the same price when you add your compressor, tank etc..

Word my brotha from anutha *****.

My biggest pet peeve of wanting one of these is the situation of a double left hand turn. You know where you're in the outside lane and upon going at green light, the **** on the inside drifts over to cut you off. Sometimes UNKNOWINGLY and other times KNOWINGLY. Can't wait to also fab my front bumper up....
