Default 4 Recalls >.<

I searched my vin number since my check engine light always comes on and I have to use the trip meter to see how much gas is I have (well when to fill up) and I have 4 recalls...now do I bring the truck into the place and get them fixed for free? OR will they charge me?

2 recalls are for the gas tank (valve etc.)
1 recall for a transmission cooler
1 recall for the igition wiring (Something to do with the ignition)
1 recall for my selenoid and vacum (cant spell haha)

Anyways, will any of this even help me?...and did anyone else in these forums have this or take there trucks in? I dont want to end up taking it in and then having them charge me....I have a 1996 Dodge Ram 1500 v8

yeah....I cant count....it's suppose to be 5 recalls not 4 haha.

4 of them are safety, and one of them are emissions or something. Im just wondering because I dont want to end up paying because I'm trying to fix my sender in the gas tank atm.

You don't have to pay for recalls. That's the whole point ... there was a problem identified on enough (or on a particular run of) vehicles that it's considered a manufacturing defect ... dealer fixes them and DC pays the dealer. Of course, they'll probably try to get you to fix the gas gauge while you're there ...

Take the truck in and explain the issues. Don't be a dick. Attitude is everything. My dad has an old 1996 minivan that he bought used and then took it to the local Chrysler dealership for recall related items. He got a new transmission out of the deal.
