Default heart transplants and turbos

I'm glad i didnt do any performance upgrades to my old motor...................when it finally killed over and my dad and i performed an autopsy, we discovered a motor that looked like it had never seen an oil change since it rolled out of the factory in '95. After a reman motor and in the final stages of the installation, i have some cash left over and would like to know if anybody knows about using a 1st-2nd gen eclipse turbo for a single or even twin turbo setup for a 3.9, since i think it would be totally bad ***.

turbo sounds like a fantastic idea...but i think pretty much any turbo that came on a stock 4-banger is going to be seriously undersized for your application. back when i was a member of dodgedakotas.com & dakotatrucks.com there was a really badass twin turbo setup on a 3.9L dakota. see what you can dig up on that setup & maybe even contact the owner if he still owns the truck.
