Well i drive a 96 dodge ram (see sig) and i drive on many country roads and streches of highway where i am by myself...... i noticed my truck cuts out around 104.... is there a way to change this cause the tech is still in the mid to low rpm range and my speedo goes up to 120.... any ideas?

Not really safe to go above 104mph, that said,
Mopar performance computer (MP PCM) removes the top speed limiter. It will add 20hp/26ftlbs (crank) as well as raise your shift points but requires premium gas and shouldbe used with a180 thermostat as well.

 

is there any cheaper ways or no?

Opps,noticed you have a 318, 96 MP PCM on a 318 is good for 25hp/27ftlbs.

 

hmmm..... you are tempting me because that should be a nice noticable gain....

 

got mine upwards of 110 in 4th gear.. still had a whole nother gear to go.. to bad my engine isnt strong enough to push me any faster lol.. im runnin 35's with stock 3.55 gears.. i can top 3rd gear out at about 90
