Default O2 simulator/dummy sensor?

Has anyone replaced their rear O2 sensor with a dummy sensor and if so where did you buy yours and how much? I'm wanting to gut the cat but want to have a dummy sensor on hand in case codes are set off. It is a 2001 5.9L with only 1 cat. I done the cat gut on my dad's 97 and no codes went off, but may have just got lucky.

You'll probably throw a code with an '01.

Fastman has them. http://www.thefastman.com/02Simms.asp

Here's where I got mine. Put it on a few months ago and haven't had the check engine light come on.
