its an 01 Sport with the 360V8, auto, 61K, off-road pkg, 275/70R17 AT/S im gonna attempt to do a visor this summer but its gonna stay somewhat stock while i pay it off, just gonna do the basics like CAI, and Exhaust. i looked under the hood and did not notice any sticker advising of a PCM flash. its an 2001 so was it built in?

That looks like a nice truck you have. Congrats, I bought my first Ram in November, and I love it.

Nice truck! Only 61k to boot. Save your money on the cai and do a B&G flash instead. That and a good exhaust and you'll be happy until you get her paid off. Looks like it's been well cared for.

Edit:
2001 so was it built in?
Yes it was. There is more than likelya sticker on the pcm (silver box ~5.5"x7.5" on the passenger side firewall) that says "Authorized Software Update....". B&G flash will fix that and more, although as nice as that truck has been maintained it may have already been taken care of. Do you have any way of contacting the previous owner?

maybe? i dont kno i got it from a dealer and it was supposedly the guy who does his spray in bed liners truck but im not sure. i gotta call there tomorrow and have them fix the broken glove box light and have a knocking sound checked out. but i work a shop so i can have chrylser look it up for me. another ?, when i was showing it off tonight to my friends the temp gauge never really got near 210, it was prob 35ish here and even at idle didnt get near there, is that normal or is the t-stat a 180* one?

I think the stock tstat is 195. I've had a 180 in mine for a while so I don't remeber where it sat stock, but if it is 35 there and you're not romp'n it, I wouldn't expect it to get near 210 either way.

I would pound the dealer for the previous owner's #/info (if in fact he is really his bedliner guy??). That way you can find out exactly what he did. Who knows? You could have $5k worth of parts in that truck
