steering gearbox leaking

Hey, I have a 98 dodge ram 1500 4x4 with the 318 my gearbox had a slow leak at the pitman arm. I bought a seal kit and put in the new seals and now the fluid is gushing out the bottom of the pitman arm I took it back apart made sure all the seals were seated good put it back togather and still having the same problem HELP!!!![:@]
