Sounds familiar... My neighbor had the same problem on his truck. Turns out he had contaminated brake fluid causing his calipers to lock up.
I would suggest rebleeding the whole brake system.

might be a good idea to take out the master cylinder and bench bleed it.. make sure your getting fluid outta all ports.. if someone put something OTHER than brake fluid in.. you could have a master cylinder acting up.. check that.. and clean out those lines.. take the line off of both the front wheel.. and the other end off the pro. valve.. find a buddy with an air tank.. and run some air thru it and some brake parts cleaner thru it

Check to make sure your brake fluid isnt contaminated with a petroleum based product. Easiest way is to check your master cylinder lid and see if the rubber on it has expanded like if you were to soak it in solvent. Bad news is if it is contaminated you will need to replace all components with rubber parts in them ( Master cyl, combination valve, hoses, calipers, wheel cylinders etc.)

I only have rear abs. The rubber on the lid seemed good and If i remember right the fluid seemed clear. I'll check again because i wasnt really looking either. I added about half a bottle of new fluid because i was letting everything gravity bleed, the we pumped and bled them more. I'll replace the line on the pass. side and re-bleed the entire system. I havent checked the rear brakes yet anyway,i'll do thatwhile i'm back there bleeding them. Thanks for all the suggestions. And also the other side looks like its clamping well. Seems to be wearing close to the right side. So the master should be OK then??

could have a plugged proportioning valve.. make sure when you bleed.. and alot of people dont know this.. BLEED THEM IN ORDER!!!! i.e. .. REAR PASSENGER SIDE... REAR DRIVER SIDE... FRONT PASSENGER SIDE.. FRONT DRIVER SIDE.. always always ALWAYS bleed from the farthest from the master cylinder to the closest.. when you bleed.. you dont want a 'dribble' to come out.. you want a steady strong stream.. if its not.. you have a pressure problem.. i.e oil in the system.. air in the system bad valve.. bad cylinder.. kinked line. check all those.. if your line looks good.. and you dont have the pressure at the wheel.. pull the SAME LINE from the proportioning valve.. and bleed it there.. one person in the car.. and you at the prop. valve.. press the brake.. cover it with your finger.. tight.. and have them let off.. you need to feel suction .. press the brake.. if it streams out.. replace your line.. if not.. good chance the valve is plugged.. then you need to bench bleed the master cylinder .. if that is good.. replace the proportioning valve.

OK found the issue. I was convinced it was the RF again. My dad wasnt so sure. He thought it could be the rear, but hard to tell. Turns out i should listen to him more ( he is a retired mechanic) It was the RR. The shoe had some grease on it and it was on the drum too. We checked the wheel cyl, and for axle grease, but there wasnt a leak to be found. Everything was dry. They must have gotten some grease on them when the prev. owner looked at them. We just cleaned it off for now with a ton a brake cleaner and sand paper because no one in Milwaukee county feels like cutting the drums for me. Either their machine was broken or no one was trained to use it [:@]. Nice. So i'll do it right durring the week, but for now it brakes fine. Thanks for all the help guys
