Default Trac Loc question

Is this a posi, limited slip, open diff, or what? I have it, one wheel spins on dry pavement. Should they both spin after a clutch rebuild. Itjust turned to80K miles yesterday. I am putting in a 4.10 and want a posi. My differential shop has a "cone style" Auburn unitjust rebuilt this weekend for $200. Maybe I should just get that one. I think it would be stronger.
