IAT...O2 SENSOR

I AM LOOKING TO REPLACE THE IAT BUT IN MY SEARCH I AM FINDING TWO OPTIONS...AIR CHARGE TEMPAND AMBIENT AIR TEMP SENSORS. WHICH IS CORRECT?

ARE THERE TWO O2 SENSORS ON THE '95 DODGE RAM 318 4X4? ANY RECOMMENDATIONS ON BEST MFR?
