I saw no change except a drop in gas mileage when i went to the Mopar round air filter, was hot around here for a few days, gas mileage really went down. No additional power, just additional noise.

IF 200 bucks isn't out of your range, the AEM Brute Force setup is 200 at JC Whitney's. Its better than the K and N IMHO

I'd go with the Air Max, or the AFE. They work along the same lines as the OEM unit.
My K&N is only a shadow of it's former self, due to the mods I made to make it useful. I wish I'd started with something different.
All the same, although the round filter system is old school cool, the under hood heat it takes in really kills performance. It was the same in the 60s and 70s, and its still true today. cold air in makes power.

Definetly no lost power yet, though haven't had it in the heat of the summer. For fall, winter, and spring use though, the round filter is hands down better then any of the CAI's I have tried.
