Default Rear Hub Replacement 1998 1 Ton

I had the studs snap off the passanger side rear of my 98 1 ton dually. I finally got the wheels off today, both rims are pretty much screwed as well as the hub. There is about a 1/8" grove warn where the rims touched as well, the studs stretched the holes on the hubs themselves. Dodge is quoting me $180/rim (canadian). Anyone know what a hub is worth? It's Sunday and everything is closed here. This may be taboo, and i am sure i will be shot for even mentioning it, but has anyone repaired the holes on a rim before? The holes (not all, but 3 or 4 per rim) are stretched, or warn about 1/4". Can these be welded and reemed? Thanks all!
