debadging my truck?

3M makes a thingamabob called a stripe off wheel. It fits in a drill and will take stickers/4x4 badges etc. off lickedy-split.
When I took the stickers off my 2000 in 2006, you could see the difference in paint tone. Now after approx. 10 mos. you really have to look to see it.

auto body debadged mine after it was broken into, but they peeled paint with it so you can see that at certain angles, but they look way better debadged

I have a dark green 01. I bought it used 6 months ago and before that it was in arizona. I took the emblems off and I can only see the differnce when water or dirt gets on it because it sticks differntly. I think I got dang lucky because all of the black on the truck looks grey.

If your talking about all the plastic black parts then use Mothers Back to Black, works great
