Default New Radio......Need Help

I've got a98' Ram 1500 QC SB 360. I have a new radio ( http://www.roadmasterusa.com/stereos_car_vr3.php3rd one down). I've got the adapter where you hook the wires up and it converts it to the stock clips in the truck, but when I hook it up the only speaker that works is the back right. I've double checked the radio 3-4 times and even swapped in the old one for the one I got now so it can't be the radio. Anybody else had any trouble like this, or any ideas on how to fix it?

Connect the blue/white wire of your aftermarket radio to the power antenna wire on the factory harness adaptor....it will probably be blue. You must have the infinity system and you have to hook up the remote turn on lead, so the factory ampwill comeon.
