Default windshield wiper won't work on high

Dodge Ram 1500, wipers won't work on hi setting.
Anyone had this prob.?

on my 2004 dodge 2500 CTD the wipers work on medium and high but the delayed settings are intermittent. they work and dont work.

wiper motor has 2 seperate winding circuits, low speed and high speed. could be bad multifunction switch, wiring, or wiper motor. i think there is only one relay and one fuse ?? take off wiper arms, cowl, expose motor and test for 12 volts on 3 of the 4 wires - low, high (based on switch setting), park . one ground wire. wiring diagrams should be in the 2001 service manual merry christmas. let me know if you don't have it and i will look it up.
