Default Front Bumper Syndrome

Hey guys,
My front bumper has begun to sag. The Driver's side is higher than the passenger side now. Is there any fixes or adjsutments for this?

yes, easy to adjust. spray everything with PB blaster for a couple days. you'll need about a 18mm deep well and a long pull handle (or impact). loosen everything and move it around and get it lined up, then retighten. i used a couple of floor jacks under the bumper to lift them into a lined up position. i did front and rear. after you get it done, then never pull anything using the bumper, always attach to the frame,

How many bolts are involved in the front bumper? I do have the floor jacks to complete this. Is it a one or a two man job?
