Pinion seals sometimes get dry and can squeal on the yolk.
Get behind the seal with a pick and try some wd40 or lithium grease

I was having a similar squeak coming from the rear when the truck was cold.
I could only hear it when I was driving near a wall at slow speed.

When I got my transmission rebuilt I also had them change the rear wheel bearings, which were original and about 180,000 miles old.

Since the rear wheel bearing were changed I have not heard that squeak again.

I just noticed I have the same kind of rotational squeek, I jacked up
the back end and put the truck in neutral and spun the rear tires, you
can hear the squeek come and go. I crawed underneath and spun the tire,
and it sounds like the squeek is coming from the rear end and or
driveshaft area. The u-joints seem tight, I checked the fluid in the rear
end it is coming out of the hole when I open it up. So that should be ok.

Did your squeek ever go away???? Or did something break?
even if the u-joints seem tight, they could be dried up and squeking. this would be the best method to check it out but its usally pretty hard to find a squeek. Best to narrow it down tho, so you dont have to change a bunch of different parts. good luck.

Ding - Ding - Ding : good advice. Do yourself a favor and pull the driveshaft out and check the u-joints for play or tightness. I'm betting the rear one is bad.
