rotational squeek.. really wierd
after my truck sits for a few hours.. and i start it up and start driving i can hear a loud distinct squeek.... after a few miles of driving itll stop and go away... while its sitting at work all day i get back in it and it does it again and a few miles later it goes away again.. i looked underneath and theres nothing hanging to touching my tires/wheels/driveshaft or anything.. ive heard this before in other vehicles and i never figured out what it was.. was wondering if anyone else could help me out here... im thinking it may be a bearing of some sort.. but not sure where .. i know is coming from the mid area-to the back.. so i could be anything for the tranny tail shaft output to the pumpkin input to the wheels.. not sure...
if anyone has any thoughts ..id appreciate it!

Might be the idler pully on the engine. The bearings get dry and sticky. I've taken the pully off and popped the seal off the bearing, packed it with grease and the squeek goes away.
same thing happend to me..i got under the truck and sprayed every bushing, u-joint, and wheel cylinder down with some good old WD-40 ..this was about a week ago and i havent heard it since..so give that a try

I just noticed I have the same kind of rotational squeek, I jacked up
the back end and put the truck in neutral and spun the rear tires, you
can hear the squeek come and go. I crawed underneath and spun the tire,
and it sounds like the squeek is coming from the rear end and or
driveshaft area. The u-joints seem tight, I checked the fluid in the rear
end it is coming out of the hole when I open it up. So that should be ok.
Did your squeek ever go away???? Or did something break?
