My dad owns a 1998 Ram 1500 Quad Cab....his problem is that all 4 seat belts locked up in the retracted position. (they will not pull out for use) Does any one know if there is a reset switch or a sensor that could be the cause?[:@]

Hi,

I have seen that problem on a Ram for sale that i was visiting. Under the driver seat that was a wire or a connector (i don't remenber) who was disconnected.
