have you checked the little blinker box? all cars have a little silver box that turns the blinkers on and off. check that...once you turn your blinker on and find the silver blinker listen for it to click on and off...if that doesnt work use a test light and check for power going through the wires. make sure u have a blinker or hazards enabled for the test otherwise it wont work.

The flashers are located in the fuse box on the drivers side when you open the door. the top one is the hazard flasher bottom is turn signal. if you have a test light pull out fuse 6 in the fuse box and check for power coming in. im asuming there probably is. As far as grounds i see 2 in the wiring diagram. 1 for the front bulbs and one for the rear so they should just be right there by the lights just trace the wires back. Power wire for the front should be light green with a tan tracer and dark green with a brown tracer for the rear lights. you could also remove one of the bulbs and check for power coming into the light. and then you could determine if there was a ground problem. my guess is that it is the switch and you really cant test that since its a solid state switch. hope this helps.
