Am considering an air intake system, but, do these things REALLY make that much difference. I currently have a K&N filter in my stock airbox which, as you know, is a straight run from the fender (a cool air source) to the TB. It seems to me these aftermarket systems #1, point to the front of the engine compartment closer to the radiator and a/c condenser where the air is warmer; and still have to make the sharp turn into the TB.

I know you are new, and I am by no means busting on you or being facetious at all, but, if use the search function at the top of the page, you will find threads upon threads upon threads..... about different types of cold air intakes, open filters, ram air setups, ram air hoods etc. and what almost every member on here thinks about them.
