Default no temp guage

Just finished flushing the cooling system on a 97 360. While I was at it I replaced the thermostat and now the temp guage will not move from its rest. I believe I got all the air out and the heater blows hot air. I feel warm coolant in the rad, but I'm just not understanding the temp guage. Had theengine running almost half an hour.

While looking at the wires you guys mentioned I noticed one of the two temp sensors beside the thermostat was leaning over and basically broken. Guess I inadvertently bumped it during the swap. Anyway, $15 later for a new sensor and the guage works fine. Thanks guys.
