Default fipk install help

I got my fipk the other day 1511-2, for my 99 sport 5.9.
I followed the insturctions but I do not have a evap canister or bracket on the right inner fender. It says i need to remove stock gromets and reuse hardware.
Anyone else ran into this??

The purge solenoid and evap canister are on the passenger side frame rail under the truck on the 99 sports. If you look just under the passenger door you will see it. You should just get what ever hardware you need and mount it. Jeff.
