Default Wheel offset 95 1500

Hey guys, I have a question. I am getting a Rough County 3 Inch lift here shortly and need to get a new rims and tires. I am going 33x12.50 obviously, but not too sure what size rim. I am going to be getting used rims, hopefully from someone local, but need to know some things. I know I need a 5x5.5 lug pattern, but what back spacing and offset? I am hoping to get 15 inch rims, but may have to settle for 16 inch rims. Also would it be possible to put 33x12.50's on the stock 16x7 rims?

1-What backspacing and offset do I need with a 3 inch lift, and 33x12.50 tires on both a 15 and 16 inch rim?
2-Will it be possible, if I need to, to put 33x12.50 on stock 16x7 rims

I have 305/70/16s on my stock rims for the winter. They work fine. I have a 9" wide wheel for my 35s and a 3" lift but not sure of the backspace.

With the lift everything should and will look good. I have the same size tire. I have a 15x10 and a 4" BS on my wheels. Mostmightlist a BS of 3 5/8 andthat will work also.

Oh and the 305s were with no lift.
Now, a 3" Skyjacker with 35s on black streetlock steel wheels.

with a 3" lift and onl 33's, you shouldn't really need to worry too much about backspacing, just how much you want the tire to stick out. the more backspacing the more it's going to stick out(IIRC) 4.5 is the normal that i usually see....What year is your ram? if it's a 99 and up with the dual caliper set up, you are going to need to grind the calipers to get the 15" rims to fit. If you do go aftermarket rims i would suggest an 8" wide rim..it'll look good and won't stick out as much as a 10" and it'll give you that perfect ballon effect IMO. The stock rims will fit 305/70/16's just fineas you can see people have already stated...

On stock 1995 model year steel wheels
if you lay a straightedge on the rear of the wheel rim
and measure into the mounting flange
the distance is 5.25 inches
